Simultanious Drag and Drop on individual pointer.

I noticed you can't have both pointers clicking at the same time. Would be better to be able control different applications with separate cursors at the same time.

    Multiple keyboard focus

I would like to associate keyboards with different applications. I even want this when alone, sometimes. For example, I want acrobat to respond to page navigation keyboard commands while I use dictation software to take notes in another application.

Assign a mouse and pad to a certain monitor

Working with a computer with 2 screens, it would be great if i could use mouse1 and keyboard1 on screen 1, and mouse2 and keyboard2 on screen 2. It would be even more great if i could assign each mouse/keypad to a certain screen (i am planning to expand to 3 screens). At least i am interested in ... more

    Dear Nan!

Thank you for your kind interest! What you describe will be part of a future relase! In future versions of our software (planned in a few months from now) concurrency will be feasible, allowing parallel input. The upgrade to that version will be free if you decide to acquire a license now.

I’ll contact you directly when we launch new products!

    Kind regards,
    Maarten Terpstra

It would be great if I could work together with others on the same visual screen, but from different locations.

    Wacom Cintiq Problem

TeamPlayer not working with my Wacom Cintiq.. mouse cursor freezing while i try to move it on my tablet.. any suggestion?

    Status: planned

    @jessy,

Due to the fact that a Cintiq (as many other 'touch' devices, do use their own, proprietary driver, and they are not standard HID devices, the do not work 'out-of-the-box' with TeamPlayer.
Either we or Wacom could adept the drivers to make them HID-compatible.

    More convenient switch

In the current version, we can't switch between mice by right-click, only by left-click. So it would be more convenient to be able to switch between mice by left-click, right-click and even by scrolling!

    2 Mice, 2 Internet Explorers...

Hi, I tried to play 2 Identical flash games in 2 Internet Exporer windows, however because of the problem of only 1 mouse having control at once, it is impossible to do this.

We need it so that 2 people can do seperate things at the same time without having to click and take control, hence als... more

Thank you for your interest in TeamPlayer. What you describe is part of our roadmap and will be available in the future.
By default the Windows operating system us build for single users use. Our future software will enable parallel input into multiple programs.

The SandBox is a true multi user software program. Windows, and in example PowerPoint are programs developed for a single user. We plan to expand TeamPlayer as a generic tool that will add Multi User to the desktop applications.

    have more than one desktop

have separate logins, keys and mice per desktops. this is a can do on linux, but most applications on xp require additional hardware. that shouldn't be necessary with usb connections and video cards. I don't know where to start, but am really interested in this concept of multiple users on one pc

    Thank you, anonymous

What you describe would be an interesting feature. Currently that feature is out of our primary focus. We currently focus on enabeling multiple user collaborating on a single desktop. This way stimulating group interaction. You can read more about these different kind of interaction models here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CSCW

    absolute navigation for tablets

My tablet works when native driver is disabled indeed. However TeamPlayer does not understand/have absolute navigation; i.e. one position on the tablet has an absolute same position on the screen. Like a mouse I have to shuffle and lift pen to get eventually to (e.g.) the right top corner.

    Status: under review

    Dear user,
TeamPlayer is a generic tool and supports general HID mouse device. Tablet manufacturers create their drivers to function in a absolute way. We’re looking into ways to white list specific models. Can you tell us what brand/model you use? And what you like to use it for?

    Looking forward to your response

    VMware

Under VMware it is impossible to use TeamPlayer.
(maybe because of the "VMware Pointing Device" behaviour)

    Status: under review

    Dear anonymous.

Currently VMware /Parallels/VirtualBox is not supported by the TeamPlayer software. I have tested multiple virtual machines and Parallels works best with the TeamPlayer

Let me explain how I set-up my Black Macbook (2ghz, 2gb in Parallels using Windows XP on a Leopard machine) for the TeamPlayer.

First thing I did was installing Windows on the machine, using Parallels ( Version 3.0 Build 5600). After launching the machine the next step is to install the TeamPlayer software.
After installing do not start the TeamPlayer immediately . First connect the devices. Parallels will ask whether you want to connect the specific hardware to the virtual machine, this is something you want to do so. Otherwise the mice and device will permanently control your Mac.

On my Mac I set up spaces to display two screen and i have parallels running in on in Fullscreen mode. Pressing F8 switches between my Leopard desktop and the Windows XP desktop running TeamPlayer.

Please not that Parallels is limited to 8 usb devices.

    Good Luck!
    Maarten

    Reactive mouse

In the current version, when a non-active mouse pass over a link, it's not changinh into a hand or anything to let us know that there is a link. It would be great to have a true reactive mouse that changes when passing over links, text, etc.

Use "run as" feature for each mouse

I would like to give each mouse own OS rights like you can do for programs with the windows feature "run as"

    Status: under review

Could you elaborate a bit more on the usage you had in mind for this specific feature?

    Best regards,
